Current Research

I am working in the Practical Usable Privacy and Security lab at the University of Alberta on Privacy Problems in Theory Versus Media. In this project, we are contrasting real-world digital privacy issues (from the news) with current technological solutions in the privacy-enhancing technologies (PETS) field. We hope to identify areas where new PETS could be developed to solve the problems people face.
